Does GigglingToys.com Ship Internationally?
GigglingToys.com does not currently ship internationally; we only deliver to locations within the United States and to Puerto Rico.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your item based on the availability of the item purchased and the shipping option you choose. We process all transactions within 24 hours. You will receive an email shortly after your order ships with your Tracking Number.

Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. 

NOTE
It may take carriers up to 12 hours to update their system to activate your Tracking Number. If the Tracking Number provided to you does not show any status after 12 hours, email us at
info@gigglingtoys.com for assistance.

 

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on daily rates and combined weight. You may choose from any of our shipping options. Giggling Toys, LLC reserves the right to change carriers to guarantee delivery time.

If an item has free shipping, can I send it anywhere?
No.  If an item qualifies for free shipping, Hawaii, and Alaska are not included in the free shipping qualification.  Therefore, the customer sending to any address within these locations will be charged shipping for the purchase.
Please note that orders shipping outside of the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping.
All free shipping items ship via Fedex Home Delivery.

Does GigglingToys.com pay return shipping cost for defective items?
No, GigglingToys.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, GigglingToys.com will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to send the item back to GigglingToys.com, GigglingToys.com will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge. GigglingToys.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

Does GigglingToys.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and usually take one to two business days to process and, once shipped, five to ten working days to arrive to the Military Postal Service Agency. However, GigglingToys.com cannot control delivery time. Some APO/FPO orders may require 6-8 weeks of lead time.

What do I need to know about shipping to APO Addresses?
Orders being shipped to APO addresses can only be shipped via USPS. The shipment can be insured, but the insurance is not valid once the package reaches the Military Postal Service Agency where all packages are designated to. In addition, the package cannot be tracked, before or after it has reached the Military Postal Service Agency, and they will not provide information to the shipper, related to the package or how to obtain information from the recipient’s end.
The shipping to APO addresses does not allow to estimate time of arrival for any of the parties involved in the purchase, shipment, and receiving of the items.
Once we ship to an APO address as specified by a customer, the order will be considered as fulfilled and GigglingToys.com will not cover for losses or untraceable packages sent. We encourage customers to ship to alternate addresses if available to ensure the order and its delivery can be tracked. Our preferred shipping carrier is FEDEX, and insurance and tracking is included at no cost to our customers.
