| Return Policy
Customers may only return defective items, incomplete sets, or orders that were shipped incorrectly. Items will be replaced upon their availability. For items not currently in stock, Gigglingtoys.com will issue store credit to the customer immediately after receiving the item. If the reason for the return is a result of an order processing error we will exchange the item at not cost to the customer.
Refunds will only be honored for defective items for the dollar amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase only if the item is returned within 15 days from delivery. All items sold by Gigglingtoys.com are under warranty by the original manufacturer, and are held to the manufacturers warranty policy. All warranty requests should be addressed to the manufacturer of the item via Phone or email. Gigglingtoys.com will assist any of its customers in contacting and obtaining warranty and repair work on items purchased from our website.
Where do we ship from?
We ship all our orders from Houston, Texas.
Where do we ship to? We currently ship to only the USA and to APO Addresses.
What do I need to know about shipping to APO Addresses? Orders being shipped to APO addresses can only be shipped via USPS. The shipment can be insured, but the insurance is not valid once the package reaches the Military Postal Service Agency where all packages are designated to. In addition, the package cannot be tracked, before or after it has reached the Military Postal Service Agency, and they will not provide information to the shipper, related to the package or how to obtain information from the recipient’s end.
The shipping to APO addresses does not allow to estimate time of arrival for any of the parties involved in the purchase, shipment, and receiving of the items.
Once we ship to an APO address as specified by a customer, the order will be considered as fulfilled and GigglingToys.com will not cover for losses or untraceable packages sent. We encourage customers to ship to alternate addresses if available to ensure the order and its delivery can be tracked. Our preferred shipping carrier is FEDEX, and insurance and tracking is included at no cost to our customers.
