Customers may only return defective items, incomplete sets, or orders that were shipped incorrectly. Items will be replaced upon their availability. For items not currently in stock, Gigglingtoys.com will issue store credit to the customer immediately after receiving the item. If the reason for the return is a result of an order processing error we will exchange the item at not cost to the customer.
Refunds will only be honored for defective items for the dollar amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase only if the item is returned within 15 days from delivery. All items sold by Gigglingtoys.com are under warranty by the original manufacturer, and are held to the manufacturers warranty policy. All warranty requests should be addressed to the manufacturer of the item via Phone or email. Gigglingtoys.com will assist any of its customers in contacting and obtaining warranty and repair work on items purchased from our website.
Returns of non-defective items, in brand new condition (unopened and in original packaging) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

GigglingToys.com does not grant refunds to orders that have been fulfilled to the specifications of the customer for reasons other than transit damage or manufacturing defects. In each case respectively, GigglingToys.com will submit a claim to the carrier used for delivery of the item, and to the manufacturer of the item for a replacement. No refunds are granted before claims have been approved by the pertinent parties in each case. If a replacement is approved by the manufacturer, no refund will be necessary for the transaction and the customer will receive the replacement directly from the manufacturer.
